Synthesis
Insights gained from Input are analyzed thoroughly. A competitive analysis and any additional research are conducted. Next, the Strategic Team formulates a custom strategy including any specific tactical recommendations, timelines and budget requirements necessary for achieving your goals.

Review
Two to three weeks after Input, a detailed strategic and tactical plan with any associated creative concepts, costs and a timeline for implementation is presented to you for input and feedback. Plans typically detail a 12-month implementation but may look ahead up to five years.

Implementation
Upon approval of the plan, LarsonO'Brien Marketing Group engages its four practice areas. As time passes, milestones and ROI are gauged on a monthly basis to assure the plan stays cost-effective and on track.
