Junior Account Executive

LarsonO’Brien seeks qualified candidates for the full-time entry-level position of Junior Account Executive (AE) at the company’s headquarters in Bethel Park, Pennsylvania. The position is designed to prepare an individual to advance to the full-time position of Account Executive within an 18-24 month timeframe.

The Junior AE will report directly to the Creative Director and serve under the direction of LarsonO’Brien Account Executives, assisting in day-to-day client activities and project management.

Requirements
  • Bachelors degree (preferably in marketing, advertising, public relations, business administration, communication arts, or a related field of study)
  • Excellent writing, interpersonal, and problem solving skills
  • Self-motivated and a life-long learner
Expectations

Responsibilities
  • Assisting in the development of strategic client marketing communications plans, proposals, and presentations
  • Assisting in creative brainstorming, writing, and proofreading
  • Assisting in the management of client projects
  • Assisting in client communications by phone and email
  • Scheduling and participation in client meetings (occasional travel is required)
  • Regular writing and submission of client service reports
